Samsung Electronics Vice Chairman Lee Jae-yong jailed for 2.5 years over a corruption scandal

As indicated by Yonhap news organization, Samsung beneficiary Lee Jae-yong was imprisoned for 2.5 years over his pay off defilement outrage. Lee was before condemned to five years in prison in the pay off case; notwithstanding, an offers court had excused the majority of the charges and suspended sentence in 2018. 

The Supreme Court back in August 2019 had requested the re-appraising court to survey its suspended prison sentence for Lee. The Samsung beneficiary was supposedly imprisoned over paying off a comrade of imprisoned President Park Geun-hye. 

On Monday, the condemning hearing was a retrial for Samsung Electronics Vice Chairman Lee Jae-yong after Supreme Court interceded in the issue.
