Caviar, The organization behind marvelously designed gadgets, has once again came up with some brand new idea, but this time it is something which will be every gamer's dream, and that thing is a gold-plated version of playstation 5.

 Tell me the truth, you didn't expected something like that, huh? Because neither I nor out Team, Caviar, The russian organization which customize and give us a more premium look of the gadget, has made us to reimagine PS5 the most bizarre way possible. 

The Company customized and launched a completely new version of PS5 with 18-carat gold plating all over. Wait, that is not all, the dualsense controller is clad with crocodile leather. This unimaginable combo is called Sony PlayStation 5 Golden Rock Edition. 

This Sony PS5 edition uses 20 kg of gold in making the outer body of the gaming console. One thing is for sure, which is this edition will be heavier than normal one that is available in the market but not in India yet. 

There is also a hint of gold in the controller on the inserts, which although uses crocodile leather on the grips. The name of the company “Caviar” is imprinted on the gold surface on both the console and the controller. That is an insane amount of gold to be just kept in your living room or bedroom because you will use the console to play games.

Other Than Appearance, there is no change to the PlayStation 5. Specs are same like 1 TB of Storage, support of ray-tracing and up to 8K resolutions, and more. It is just the customization is done to make the appearance look like console of everyone's dream.

"The inspiration for the designers was the unique geometry of the gold ore and the graceful, beautiful outlines of the rock. That is why the console was named Golden Rock,” according to Caviar.
